.XXX Registration Terms and Prices

We are now accepting .XXX domain name applications under Sunrise period beginning from September 7 2011 until October 28 2011. This period is opened for Sunrise Trademark holders only. For non-trademark holders, you can pre-register your .XXX domain name(s) under Landrush or General period.

We also accept .XXX applications submitted under different phases of registration in which the details can be found as follow:

For Sunrise applicants that have a registered Trademark, you will need to supply the following Trademark information when you submit your application:

• Registered Trademark Name
• Trademark Registration Number
• Country Code of Trademark Registration
• Trademark Application Date
• Trademark Registration Date
• Applicant's Capacity (OWNER, CO-OWNER or ASSIGNEE)
• Trademark Registration Class (please refer to WIPO)

You will be asked to supply this information when you place a Sunrise application for a .XXX domain name. You should also be aware that each Sunrise Trademark Applications will be independently validated by IP Rota, which are the designated validation agent for .XXX Sunrise domain name applicants.

* There are 2 fee components in each Sunrise application, the Application Fee and the Registration Fee.

1. The Application Fee is for services that will be provided by Asia Registry to cover costs in applying for the registration and is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the outcome of the application.
2. The Registration Fee of that application (but not the non-refundable Application Fee) can be applied to a future .xxx registration in the event that an application is not successful.
